Refund Eligibility Criteria

Service Stage Refund % Conditions
Pre-Technician Visit 100% Cancellation 2+ hours before appointment
Post-Diagnosis 80% If repair not possible
During Repair 50% If spare parts unavailable
Post-Service 0% After 7 days of service

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • ❌ If customer provides wrong appliance information
  • ❌ If technician is denied access
  • ❌ Parts already ordered from suppliers
  • ❌ Service warranty claims

Refund Process

  1. 📩 Email request to customerscareservicesco@gmail.com with:
    • Service ID
    • Bank details (IFSC + Account No)
    • Reason for refund
  2. ⏳ Processing Time: 5-7 business days
  3. 📩 Notification via SMS/Email upon completion

Special Cases

⚠️ Emergency Service Cancellation: 25% deduction
🕒 Same-Day Rescheduling: ₹100 fee applicable
