Non-Refundable Scenarios

- ❌ If technician is denied access
- ❌ Parts already ordered from suppliers
- ❌ Service warranty claims
Refund Process
- 📩 Email request to customerscareservicesco@gmail.com with:
- Service ID
- Bank details (IFSC + Account No)
- Reason for refund
- ⏳ Processing Time: 5-7 business days
- 📩 Notification via SMS/Email upon completion

⚠️ Emergency Service Cancellation: 25% deduction
